Know The Foreign Words Of Your Food Alleriges

Eating Unidentifiable Food is Great, But Not When Your Allergic.

If you have any food allergies, learn the names of those foods in the languages used in the countries you’ll be backpacking / vagabonding. This way you’ll be better equipped to stay on the look out for them. [Traveler’s diarrhea] is basically unavoidable and almost never a serious problem, same can’t be said about chomping on a bunch of allergic food in a third world country where the nearest hospital is 20 miles away and the only way to get there is by a 49cc motorbike.

How prevalent are food allergic reactions and could it be simple to get the signs and symptoms of the food hypersensitivity while travel backpacking?

My doc has recommended an “elemental” diet that i can get respite from a problem that’s triggered by severe food allergic reactions. These things are the liquid “food” they tube feed individuals a coma. It simply has what you ought to survive inside it, little else. It’s costly and, clearly, very restricting. However, I’ll do virtually almost anything to get relief. Anybody have knowledge about these items?
